FP&A Specialist

Carrier Global Corporation is looking for a FP&A Specialist to drive financial performance and support operational decision-making in a manufacturing environment. The role will involve financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and factory performance analysis, and will partner closely with plant operations and functional teams to provide insights and track productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of financial experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities
