Role Overview
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis leads a team of FP&A professionals in driving core financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for US distribution operations.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include executive performance reporting & communication, logistics & spend analysis, routing compliance & cost benchmarking, financial planning & product line guidance, and cross-functional finance partnership.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of FP&A experience, advanced Microsoft Excel experience, and experience with enterprise ERP and consolidation systems. They will also have strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of FP&A experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise ERP and consolidation systems
