Role Overview
As a Service Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, establishing professional relationships, and understanding customer needs to suggest products and services that meet those needs. You’ll participate in business development activities, identify bid opportunities, and develop new customer contact leads. You’ll also maintain and develop professional relationships with prospects to influence opportunities and support the management team representative on target accounts or territories.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include identifying bid opportunities, preparing bid responses, negotiating with potential customers, and maintaining customer relationships to win projects. You’ll also educate prospects and advise the product line, addressing resistance to develop business.
