Sr FP&A Manager

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Sr. FP&A Manager to drive global excellence in product costing, inventory management, and material variance analysis across three commercial manufacturing sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing finance, preferably in a global or multi‐site environment
• Strong expertise in standard costing, inventory accounting, and material variance analysis
• Experience supporting NPI, engineering changes, and cross‐functional manufacturing initiatives
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel/analytics tools
