Role Overview
Drive local growth and optimize digital acquisition funnel through performance marketing channels. Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer lifetime value (LTV).
What You Will Do
Execute paid media campaigns, manage paid messaging, optimize funnels, control budget, build CRM journeys, manage local email marketing calendar, collaborate on creatives, analyze data, conduct research, and manage vendors.

Requires 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital media buying, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM automation software, and a deep understanding of the Korean digital ecosystem.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital media buying
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM automation software
- Deep understanding of the Korean digital ecosystem, specifically Naver (SEM/DA/Blog) and KakaoTalk ecosystems
- Native Korean with a professional working proficiency level of English (mandatory)
- Sharp project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a highly analytical mindset
