Business Development Director EMEA, Cosmetics

The Business Development Director EMEA – Beauty will be responsible for developing Catalent’s Beauty business across the EMEA region, managing a portfolio of existing customers, and opening new doors with premium global and regional Beauty brands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of B2B commercial experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Health
• Experience in a CDMO environment is preferred
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region
