The Account Executive is responsible for overall revenue attainment for service (repair & maintenance) on our OEM equipment, managing contract renewal and successful contract conversion for warranty customers, and supporting the sales process of non-service contract revenue through aftermarket sale of parts and equipment.
Requirements
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in contract negotiation, sales and account management
- Proven track record of successfully retaining existing account/revenue base
- Understanding of medical equipment lifecycle and warranty approach for capital equipment
- Sales experience within a healthcare services sector
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
- Pipeline development and sales process management experience including management of new accounts
