Role Overview
The Lead Data Scientist – Service Events & Insights will perform analytical tasks and initiatives on huge amounts of data to support data-driven business decisions and development. The role is part of the Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) at Caterpillar Inc., which is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution, Integrated Logistics, and Global Services.
What You Will Do
As the Lead Data Scientist, you will develop high-quality, actionable insights within the Service Events Domain by leading advanced analytics and data science initiatives, directing data acquisition and modeling efforts, and communicating insights through data visualization and storytelling.
