Tier 2 Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Tier 2 Data Analyst, you will be responsible for advanced operational support, troubleshooting, and stabilization of data pipelines and data platforms. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with top professionals on high-impact and visibility products.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include performing deep investigation of incidents, analyzing logs and data pipelines, restoring service, and coordinating incident response. You will also monitor data pipelines, detect anomalies, and perform data validation across systems.

Requirements

• Experience with data pipelines / ETL tools (SnapLogic, DataStage, etc. – or equivalents)
• Monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, Grafana, Splunk)
• SQL and data analytic skills
• Analysis Python or scripting for troubleshooting and analysis
• API integrations and distributed systems
• Log analysis and observability
• SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or cloud databases
• Incident management processes (ITSM / ServiceNow)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
• Ability to correlate issues across multiple systems
• Experience in incident prioritization and SLA-driven environments
