Director of Product Marketing

Causaly is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to co-own the company’s product narrative, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. The role involves working across teams to translate technical product differentiation into market messages, supporting demand generation campaign messaging, and developing customer information.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for complex products
  • Strong experience translating technical products into clear, compelling market narratives
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at senior and executive levels
  • Experience leading major product launches and driving measurable business impact
  • Hands-on builder mindset, with the ability to operate strategically while executing at a high level of detail
  • Experience managing multi-product, multi-persona environments
  • Strong competitive intelligence and market analysis capabilities
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills across executive and external audiences
  • Deep curiosity and ability to quickly learn complex domains
  • Life Sciences and/or AI experience is a strong plus
