Factual Data is a credit reporting agency that offers consumer credit and verification services to mortgage lenders. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI reporting solutions and ETL processes to drive data accuracy and actionable insights.

Requirements

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and validate BI and reporting requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications that guide data model and report development.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to transform structured and unstructured data into enterprise data stores, warehouses, or marts.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all reporting environments.
• Transition developed BI solutions to the Operations and Support team for ongoing maintenance.
• Provide technical assistance, documentation, and cross-training to team members and business users.
• Establish, implement, and maintain BI development standards, best practices, and repeatable processes.
• Stay informed on emerging BI tools, methodologies, and data management practices to enhance organizational reporting capabilities.
