Director Business Development Mortars

The Director of Business Development has a critical role in developing and executing Omega’s strategic growth plan. This role will be responsible for leading efforts to drive the expansion of our commercial business, with a primary focus on EIFS and façade systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction materials, ideally with EIFS, stucco, or façade systems.
• Proven background in business development, specification influence, or market expansion, rather than purely transactional sales.
• Strong understanding of distributor‐driven construction markets and channel dynamics.
