Role Overview
The Associate Director, Sales Enablement, is responsible for supporting the development of the strategic plan and high-impact projects to deliver to E2E and senior business leaders of the organization.
What You Will Do
Lead and execute sales programs through Regional Account Directors (RADs), focusing on provider targeting, ED expansion, EMR integration, and patient-first order sets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to articulate questions that lead to deeper analysis
- Skilled in structuring ambiguous problems and using logic to drive key analyses
- Ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels
- Ability to tailor communication to the audience and translate complex concepts into succinct, digestible formats
- Experience with setting up and managing projects in a complex environment
- Highly motivated self-starter with the willingness to remove obstacles and manage cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to make independent decisions to prioritize assignments and meet numerous requests and deadlines
- Ability to give direction and exercise tact, diplomacy, empathy, and firmness in sometimes highly emotional situations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
