AI GTM Engineer (RevOps)

Role Overview

We’re looking for our first in-house AI GTM Engineer to build a HubSpot workflow, wire up automation, and ship a Claude-powered agent. You’ll be the strategic bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Operations, making sure our revenue engine runs as one machine.

What You Will Do

You’ll own the tech stack and data that power our go-to-market, design seamless workflows, eliminate friction points in the customer journey, and build operational frameworks that work today and scale for tomorrow.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, or marketing/sales operations within B2B SaaS
• Deep technical proficiency with HubSpot: workflows, custom objects, reporting, API integrations
• Practical experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Strong communicator who translates between technical teams and commercial leadership effortlessly
• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
