The Director, Business Development role at Chartwell is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for advancing the organization’s enterprise-wide business development and referral growth strategy.

Requirements

• Provide leadership, direction, and daily oversight to a national team of Business Development Managers
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine Chartwell’s national business development strategy
• Coordinate core components of National and Provincial partnerships
• Represent Chartwell as a speaker and brand ambassador at educational forums, industry conferences, and partner-hosted events
