What You Will Do

Lead and execute end-to-end delivery of high-priority product programs across different teams within Checkr, from early access with external customers through GA exit criteria and post-launch follow-through. Build agentic workflows and processes using tools like Claude Skills and Cowork to raise engineering velocity and launch quality. Own cross-departmental initiatives without a single owner, such as internal tool rollouts and PRD templates, and turn launch retros into better defaults.
