Role Overview

The Senior Revenue Enablement Program Manager will diagnose gaps and design AI-powered rep workflows to accelerate revenue performance. They will lead enablement initiatives, including product enablement, skills and everboarding enablement, and leadership enablement. The role requires a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, experience turning performance gaps into AI-powered workflows, and strong data fluency.

What You Will Do

The Senior Revenue Enablement Program Manager will mine call recordings, CRM data, and pipeline metrics to identify gaps. They will design AI-powered workflows to intervene at the point of work and measure the impact on rep productivity. The role also involves driving key enablement initiatives, including product enablement, skills and everboarding enablement, and leadership enablement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Performance roles
• Proven track record of leading enablement programming lifecycles end to end
• Experience turning diagnosed performance gaps into AI-powered workflows
• Strong data fluency
• Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and frontline Sales Managers
