Associate Data Analyst – Real Estate

The Associate Data Analyst will partner with multiple departments to deploy analytics algorithms and tools, delivering insights and targeted action plans, and addressing specific areas of risk and opportunity. The incumbent will be responsible for cleaning and organizing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and generating ad-hoc analysis for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management or related technical fields
• 1 – 2 years of experience as an Associate Data Analyst
• Relevant working experience in a quantitative/applied analytics role
• Programming skills and ability to handle large data volumes with modern data processing tools
