Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for sales operations activities working closely with multiple cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain etc. The role will involve establishing close interlocks with relevant teams to track the health of the funnel, ensuring funnel discipline, and highlighting risks by monitoring large deals.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities of the Sales Operations Manager will include managing the funnel/forecast process, business governance and cadence, escalations/commission issues, NYR process, compensation/SPIFF/incentives/Sales recognition programs, change management, and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders on system improvements.

Requirements
- 7+ years in a sales operations, program, project or functional management position
- High analytical skills, financial acumen
- Ability to develop & present strong data driven business proposals
- Knowledge of Cisco Sales Operations basics: Tools/Systems and Process
- Ability to interact with multiple cross functional teams; Works effectively with regional and global teams.
- Excellent program & project management skills
- Asia-Pacific regional experience desirable.
- Knows how to have fun.
- AI-first mindset: Identify automation initiatives and workflow improvement ideas
- Experience with tools like Power BI. Proficiency in AI tools like Claude etc
