Master Data Analyst

Role Overview

CI&T is a company that helps large companies transform AI potential into real business impact. We are looking for a Master Data Analyst to work on Flow, our Artificial Intelligence platform, in a data product responsible for monitoring, measuring, and supporting the governance of AI use in the organization.

What You Will Do

The person will be a reference point in the analytical front, transforming large volumes of data usage, events, and metrics into strategic insights. Responsibilities include leading analyses, structuring metrics, integrating and analyzing data, identifying patterns and risks, and influencing decisions on adoption, efficiency, and responsible use of AI at scale.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Data Analytics and acting with complex business problems
• Mastery of SQL for exploration, transformation, and analysis of large volumes of data
• Experience with Python and data analysis and processing libraries
• Solid experience with Power BI and building dashboards and indicators for decision-making
• Knowledge of Grafana for visualization and monitoring of operational metrics
• Experience in defining KPIs, metrics, dimensions, and analytical models
• Ability to perform exploratory analyses, identify patterns, anomalies, and relationships between different indicators
• Strong ability to tell stories with data and translate complex analyses into recommendations for different audiences
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and metrics related to the use of AI solutions
• Autonomy to conduct analytical investigations and influence Product and business decisions
• Good communication and ability to act as a technical reference to different stakeholders
