We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Data and Tableau Engineer to join our growing analytics and data team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering principles, database management, and expert-level proficiency in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines and ETL processes
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and other engineers to understand data requirements
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, interactive, and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and reports
- Manage and administer Tableau Server, including user permissions, data source connections, and performance monitoring
- Implement data governance, security, and quality best practices across all data solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and reporting discrepancies
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with emerging data engineering and visualization technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate
