Role Overview
The Data Analyst is responsible for researching and collecting project-related data and developing an analytical approach to track project progress and outcome measures, all in collaboration with a diverse array of stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Support efforts to improve the use of criminal justice, human services, and other administrative data by transforming data into routine reports, dashboards, and geospatial analytics that inform MONSE’s and partner agencies’ planning and operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in designing and building reports and interactive dashboards using a data visualization tool
- Proficiency with geography information systems (GIS) software (e.g., ArcGIC, QGIS) for spatial analysis and mapping
- Experience working with data systems
- Experience with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 preferred
- Demonstrated interest in or foundational experience with program evaluation, performance management, or applied social science research
