Role Overview
Contract HR Manager, People Operations will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll, benefits, and employee relations functions while supporting employees and leadership through an important period of growth and transition.
What You Will Do
Process and oversee payroll administration, manage benefits administration, serve as a resource for employee relations matters, ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and employment regulations, and support compensation and benefits-related initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro
- Experience managing annual open enrollment and employee benefit programs
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and payroll practices
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Experience supporting multi-state employee populations
- Background in compensation, HRIS administration, or workforce analytics
- Experience partnering closely with Finance and Payroll teams
