Financial Analyst and Digital Supervisor

Financial Analyst and Digital Supervisor responsible for executing smart investment data collection, driving platform release data, and supporting manager in implementing new requirements/business cases.

Requirements

• Execute smart investment data collection and data integrity checks
• Drive platform release data on time regularly
• Work with cross functions team to ensure timing delivery
• Understand multi-data resource and systems for both sales and finance system
• Support Manager to implement the new requirements/business case from end-users and managements
• Improve data analysis / dashboard to fulfill faster growth business and timing decision-making needs
• Governance role to ensure GTN data visibility and as expertise to guide sales and finance peers
• Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by management team
• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team
• Prepare sales digital project AR and CAPEX investment
• Provide support O9/S4 HANA implementation and business requirement according to China practice
• TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in digital tools, data collection/structuring and workflow system
• BUSINESS ACUMEN and a deep understanding of our business business
• LEADERSHIP SKILLS including collaboration and communication skills across country BU
• GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve business operational efficiency and effectiveness
