Project Sales Manager – Lake Country Co-op @ Home Centre Shellbrook

Lake Country Co-op is seeking a Project Sales Manager to lead the project sales function and drive sales growth and profitability in the Home and Building Centre location in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in home improvement, construction, or retail, including sales and leadership experience, and a proven track record of driving revenue and margin growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in home improvement, construction, or retail
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with experience developing high-performing teams and supporting cross-location operations
• Advanced knowledge of construction practices, including the ability to interpret building plans, specifications, and codes, and oversee accurate material takeoffs
• Extensive experience in project estimating, quoting, and project management, with the ability to oversee complex, large-scale customer projects
• Customer-centric mindset, with demonstrated success building and sustaining relationships with contractors, builders, and commercial clients
• Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to analyze sales performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Highly organized and strategic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, locations, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across teams and locations
• Detail-oriented and results-driven, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality execution
• Flexible and adaptable, with availability to support extended hours, including evenings and weekends as required
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license, with the ability to travel between locations and perform the physical requirements of a home centre environment
