Staff GTM Systems Engineer

Role Overview

CodeRabbit is a fast-moving, well-funded company building Agentic Change Management, the control layer for software changes created by humans and agents. We’re looking for a Staff GTM Systems Engineer to own and architect the systems behind a company growing from PLG into enterprise sales.

What You Will Do

Own and evolve the agentic engineering harness, design and build internal tools and agents, build in Salesforce, set engineering standards for Business Systems, and partner with teams to turn business needs into systems.
