As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining our customer and intermediary network nationwide, and supporting companies with individually structured risk and guarantee solutions.
Requirements
- Building and maintaining relationships with companies, banks, brokers, and financial institutions
- Identifying new business opportunities in the Single Risk and Surety area
- Independent negotiating, presenting, and creating offers
- Developing tailored risk structures for complex risks and transactions
- Analyzing customer needs and advising on suitable risk and guarantee products
- Structuring and pricing single-risk coverage and guarantees, as well as presenting on the C-Level
- Close cooperation with underwriting, legal, risk analysis, and international units
- Implementation of regional sales strategies, market observation, and support for portfolio development
- Participation in industry events, conferences, and internal projects
