Customer Success Manager

We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive customer outcomes, lead onboarding, and expand revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role involves owning customer success, partnering with growth strategists and engineers, and driving adoption and value for customers. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, strong retention and expansion track record, and deep product knowledge.
