Salesforce Developer – Agentforce & AI Solutions

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Developer for Agentforce & AI Solutions, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing Collinson’s Salesforce AI and Agentforce capabilities, with a strong focus on Customer Service and Membership solutions.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, configure and optimise Salesforce Agentforce solutions, AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation capabilities within the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs and Salesforce platform development
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Knowledge and experience in Salesforce Agentforce development and configuration, Salesforce AI capabilities, Einstein and intelligent automation solutions
• Understanding of AI concepts, conversational AI, automation workflows and customer service technologies
• Experience working collaboratively with business stakeholders to define and refine technical requirements and user cases
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs and data-driven solutions
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models, data governance and platform best practices
• Experience with CI/CD tooling, source control, Salesforce DX and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent practical experience
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or equivalent practical experience
