Commonwealth Rolled Products is seeking an Account Management Representative to join its Industrial Products Account Management team in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves providing superior sales and service to customers, managing account relationships, and contributing to the achievement of strategic initiatives and objectives.
Requirements
- Actively participate in maintaining a zero incident safety culture.

- Work with customers to identify sales opportunities, negotiate pricing, and manage a designated account base.
- Manage accurate entry of orders, inventory management, and program requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability to make decisions effectively and independently within approved guidelines.
- Research, analyze and resolve customer deductions and overpayments in less than 18 days.
- Perform backup duties for team members during absences.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product and technical knowledge base.
- Anticipate, meet, and exceed customers’ needs to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities associated with Account Management processes.
- Enter, track and coordinate completion of sales-related Customer claims.
- Utilize Oracle tools to manage customer items, forecasts, and sales orders.
- Determine metal hedge requirements and review analysis with Key Account Manager.
- Derive unconstrained sales forecast monthly for current plus two months.
- Participate in and contribute to established customer and weekly supply chain calls.
- Maintain a proficient understanding of Commonwealth quality systems and contribute to certifications and audits.
