Compass International Holdings is seeking a creative, passionate, organized, and detail-oriented Communications Manager to support our Enterprise Communications team. This role is responsible for translating company strategy, priorities, and change into clear, consistent, and compelling communications that inform, engage, and inspire employees across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or a related corporate communications field
- Strong attention to detail and an editorial eye for all written copy
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus
