At Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. The Strategic Growth Partner is responsible for driving net-new pipeline for our Strategic Growth Team.

Requirements

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts
  • Articulate our value proposition and objection handling
  • Work closely with Strategic Growth Managers and Team Leaders
  • Document all activities within our CRM
  • Drive active engagement with new and existing leads
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create new processes and refine existing processes
  • Analyze addressable market in nascent geographies
