Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, consulting, or a related field
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and data manipulation techniques
• Familiarity with SQL and querying datasets
• Experience with systems like Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Business partnership and communication skills
• Analytical mindset and data storytelling ability
• Operational discipline and process improvement mindset
• Resourceful and collaborative with a strong attention to detail
