Role Overview
The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data to solve customer needs. This position will leverage streamlined processes, structured problem-solving techniques, and data management principles to drive customer value.
What You Will Do
Work closely with customers to resolve data issues, present data analysis reports to internal and external stakeholders, develop effective actions and guidelines that enable process improvements, and manage customer relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or business
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a project environment serving customers and/or internal stakeholders

- Proficiency in data analytics and management utilizing Google Suite, cloud platforms, and/or various integrations
- Experience with technology platforms such as ERPs, CRMs, or related niche technologies
