Requirements
- 4-8 years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing
- Proven ability to design and ship full-funnel campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical rigor
- Creative problem-solver
- High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by impact over process
