SEO & AI Search Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated SEO & AI Search Marketing Manager to join our team in Bremen. As part of the Marketing & Brand Management team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive search visibility strategy that spans both classic SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in SEO (technical and content) and AI search
  • Comfortable with structured data and technical concepts
  • Experience briefing and editing content for search visibility
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, partnership outreach, or media relations
  • Strong analytical skills and confident working with data and marketing platforms
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Fluent in German is a plus
  • Experience in independent project management and a structured working style
