Role Overview
Lead the development of international fragrance and cosmetics brands in the Uruguayan market, with experience in brand marketing, commercial vision, and planning and execution capacity.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement the annual marketing plan, manage the marketing budget, analyze business indicators, plan and execute product launches, and coordinate communication campaigns.

Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Brand Manager or similar positions
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written
- Excellent management of computer tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Artificial Intelligence tools
