Role Overview
The Director of Financial Reporting is a key administrative position within the Institute for Strategy leadership structure. This role provides financial and administrative oversight, as well as acts as the point for budget, physician compensation plans and primary liaison to the corporate finance department and supports business planning and recruitment.
What You Will Do
Prepares & distributes monthly CCA financial reports to CCA Administration. Provides analysis though variance reporting. Leads, coordinates and manages the planning and preparation of the Institute’s operating and capital budget within timeframe established by Cooper Finance.

Assists with the preparation of business plans, pro-formas for new physician recruits and programs, ROI’s on equipment in relation to new recruits and programs, practice assessments and operational recommendations for use as analytical tool for purchase acquisitions and strategic planning.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- Master’s Degree in Finance (preferred)
