Role Overview
Responsible for the accounting and administration of company incentive compensation programs, gathering disparate data, analyzing, and normalizing to ensure data integrity for analysis.
What You Will Do
Provide support on incentive compensation plan options, develop and review pro forma analysis, update incentive plans, and maintain files of signed documents.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, experience administering incentive plans, and experience with Alteryx, Workday HCM, and/or Xactly Sales Performance Management Platform.
Requirements
- Robust financial modeling and analysis skills
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in accounting, finance, or related field
- Experience administering incentive plans across a large multi-state organization
- Experience with Alteryx, Workday HCM, and/or Xactly Sales Performance Management Platform
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
