Role Overview
The Team Lead Sales Compensation will oversee the day-to-day administration, governance, and analysis of global commission structures. The role involves managing a team of compensation analysts, directly handling plan modeling, and high-level stakeholder escalations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate, timely incentive payouts while aligning with the broader corporate strategy.
What You Will Do
The Team Lead Sales Compensation will supervise a team of Sales Compensation Analysts, conduct quality audits, act as an internal auditor, and partner with leadership to calibrate commission and incentive structures. The role also involves modeling commission and bonus scenarios, delivering executive reporting, and enforcing internal controls.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field

- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and hands-on experience with modern SPM platforms
- Proven ability to transform massive datasets into executive-ready strategic insights
- Strong interpersonal skills to navigate sensitive compensation talks with sales executives
