Role Overview
Drive sales targets on assigned territory, manage team of KA managers and sales specialists, and develop business development strategy. Responsible for customer and market activities, team coaching, and recruitment.
What You Will Do
Deliver sales targets, manage team, coach and develop team members, implement business development strategy, conduct customer and market activities, and manage credit risk.

Requirements
- Higher degree in agronomy, ag-economy or related area
- 3 to 6 years of experience in sales management in the agriculture industry
- Knowledge of the agricultural market specifics, products, seed industry
- Team leadership experience
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills, sense of accuracy
- Strong result orientation
- Autonomy, proactivity
- Sense of commitment and responsibility
- Stress resistance
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Conflict resolution experience
- Valid driving license and driving experience
