Role Overview
Help residents feel at home in the community and assist prospective residents in finding their perfect apartment home. Work full-time with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening hours.
What You Will Do
Oversee Customer Experience Specialist performance, process applications and leases, assist with move-in and move-out needs, and assist with outreach marketing and social media marketing.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience, with a minimum of one year of experience in general marketing, social media, and online marketing. Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills are required.

- Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills
- A good understanding of basic accounting practices
