We are seeking a Director, Account Management to lead the Rocket Now Enterprise team in strengthening strategic partnerships with key enterprise clients across the food delivery industry. This role will play a critical part in expanding and scaling the Enterprise business by developing sales strategies for major enterprise accounts, leading contract negotiations, managing relationships, and maximizing customer value whilst managing a team.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of 7 years in B2B sales and/or enterprise account management, with demonstrated ownership of complex, high-value accounts.
- Proven success driving enterprise partnerships, including contract negotiation, commercial structuring, and sustained revenue growth with large or strategic customers.
- Strong customer-centric mindset, with exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted, long-term relationships.
