Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, B2B Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Integrated Marketing, or a related field
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare technology, or healthcare services organizations
- Strong expertise in product positioning, messaging, content strategy, customer journey development, lifecycle marketing, and go-to-market execution
- Experience creating sales enablement materials, commercial engagement programs, and account-based marketing initiatives
- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex customer, product, market, and performance data into clear business recommendations
- Experience using data and customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field
