Role Overview
Lead and manage the implementation of new services, coordinate SOPs, and develop relationships with clients. Work with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Monitor accounts for timely payments, assist with collections, and communicate issues to Operations. Enter meeting notes and action items into CRM and distribute to the global network.
