We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager for a contract role that leads the planning and execution of industry association events, executive roundtables, and customer dinners across North America. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on event execution and thoughtful program planning, supporting an established Q2/Q3 event calendar.
Requirements
- 5 years of field marketing and event execution experience
- Hands-on experience owning event logistics end-to-end, including planning, execution, and tracking
- Experience producing industry association events, executive roundtables, and customer dinners
- Strong execution mindset combined with the ability to think strategically about program planning
- Calm, composed, and detail-oriented in fast-paced, live-event environments
- Comfortable working with sales teams and customer-facing audiences in a corporate professional services environment
- Proficient with Monday.com and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Experience in financial services or cybersecurity is a plus, not required
