Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of sales experience within the construction industry
- Experience in at least one of the following trades: mechanical, electrical, or plumbing
- Proven success developing new business and growing strategic accounts
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
