Sr. Specialist, Customer Operations

Responsible for performing cargo bookings, import, export documentation, moderate to complex sales and service functions for targeted market ensuring customer satisfaction and retention within Customer Operations established policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Coordinate all tasks related to cargo delivery, maintaining record of cargo to be manifested and cleared.
• Verify information submitted to ensure documentation and bill of lading process flows according to standards.
• Interpret, review and apply appropriate rates to bills of lading based on the applicable tariffs in a timely and accurate manner.
• Partner with the pricing department to ensure rate requests and verifications are entered and processed correctly at time of bookings.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to cargo booking, export and import documentations.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints offering appropriate solutions within guidelines ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Influence and sell customers Crowley value added services and aid in onboarding customers using our Crowley On Line Services products.
