Staff Data Analyst

Crunchyroll is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to lead high-impact analytical work that shapes content strategy and decision-making across regions, seasons, modalities, and content types. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in content, product, or streaming analytics and possess expert SQL and Python/PySpark skills.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in content, product, or streaming analytics
• Expert SQL and strong Python/PySpark skills
• Hands-on experience working in Databricks or similar lakehouse environments
• Deep experience with large-scale viewership, subscription, or payments datasets
• Strong experimentation and causal inference skills
• Fluency with Tableau or similar BI tools
• Domain expertise in streaming/content analytics
