The Manager, Customer Experience role is responsible for building relationships with Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers, managing contract renewals, and implementing cost improvement opportunities. The role also involves counseling customers on P&L opportunities, managing new business start-ups, and coordinating operational planning for key customer events. Excellent communication and analytical skills are required, along with leadership and project management capabilities.
